How we work
From weaving preparation to finished edge
Production starts with weaving preparation, followed by machine setup for each specification. Looms are configured for the construction being produced, whether a textile run, a carpet or a rug.
Finishing workflows complete each piece, including the final edge work that defines how a floor covering performs in use. Each stage is handled on the mill floor by specialists who stay with the job from setup to dispatch.

Built to buyer specifications, batch after batch
Dimensional and tensile checks are applied across every production run, including silk pile carpets and other silk floor coverings. Our mill floor specialists coordinate directly with purchasing managers, so each order runs to the specification agreed before production begins.
